- All products must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
- All items being returned must be in new and unused condition.
- There will be a minimum of a 20% Re-Stocking Fee unless otherwise authorized. Please contact our customer service for details.
- Customer assumes all shipping costs incurred by the return shipment unless otherwise negotiated upon original contact. All Returns Must have a tracking number with shipment. Any items sent back without tracking and lost in transit will not be exchanged or refunded. Insure all returns over $100. Any un-insured product damaged or lost in shipment will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
- Please allow 10 working days to contact us about any returns.
- Should we assume fault for incorrectly filling an order we will cover the shipping costs incurred.
